Overview

There are 8 weapon classes to choose from in REVN, a player may hold two weapons at any given time during the match.

When first starting a match in REVN, every player will start with an Assault Rifle and a Pistol, other weapon classes can be unlocked using metal. Each weapon class has different upgrades and attachments available to add to the weapon that can be unlocked using metal. Each weapon class carries a different play style and is effective in different situations.

Each weapon can be configured using 3 different attachment types (with some exceptions): Scope Mods, Core Mods, and Magazine Mods

  • Scope Mods: Changes zoom while using first-person ADS
  • Core Mods: Changes rate of fire in exchange for higher damage per second
  • Magazine Mods: Affects magazine size and reload time

Pistol

Moderate rate of fire, moderate damage, semi-auto firing

Assault Rifle

Moderate rate of fire, moderate damage, automatic firing

Shotgun

Low rate of fire, high damage, semi-auto firing

Sniper Rifle

Low rate of fire, high damage, semi-auto firing

Launcher

Very low rate of fire, very high damage, single shot firing

Carbine

Very high rate of fire, low damage, automatic firing

Burst Rifle

Low rate of fire, high damage, burst firing

Heavy Rifle

High rate of fire, low damage, automatic firing
